Exceptional experience at Nelly's. My daughter has tried a number of salons and endured challenges finding stylists that are able to provide her the results she hoped for with regard to thicker, naturally curly hair. Given Nelly's reputation, we booked a reservation for her wash and style in preparation for a senior portrait appointment. We were not disappointed and my daughter was ecstatic with the results. The environment was comfortable, the stylists (one, I believe, was the daughter of Nelly) were outstanding, and the results were incredible. Resoundingly recommend Nelly's Beauty Paradise.
I found my new (online) beauty supply store! You know it really means a lot to be able to go into a beauty supply store and need help finding the best products, but those people only want to make a sale/ are not knowledgeable about the products they sell. Well not Nelly's Beauty, guys! Naylene was super helpful when I contacted her about what was happening with my order. She took the time to find out what was going on with my order, referred other products for my curls and really took interest in helping me out. We need more people like her who care. Thanks again!
I just wanted to say I had the most enjoyable experience yesterday here with nelly! She broke down the steps, took the picture i showed her and tailored it to my hair. Everyone was sooo nice and quite honestly couldnt have asked for a better experience! Not only that but she recommended products to help my type of hair! I highly recommend and will be going back myself. Besitos!!
