The ladies here at flawless studios are extremely talented and welcoming. however they are unprofessional. Clients barely even made it out the door before they stylists started to gossip and complain about them. I figured as soon as I left I was probably being talked about too. I wouldn’t go back

My hair turned out better than I wanted, the receptionist was kind and all of the other stylist were friendly ✨ my hairstylist was @slaybysavage and she literally made my hair a masterpiece!Service: Braids

The stylists and technicians truly break the studio. They don’t value their costumers time/scheduled appointments. I booked with the lash tech and she was a hour late to the appointment. The receptionist asked me if I wanted to walk around and get food to try to accommodate the stylists unprofessionalism. I was not given a discount and nor did I make a fuss about paying full price, trying to put it aside. I then booked for a braided style by another stylist out of this studio and the day of my appointment 5min before the time, she tells me, she over slept and needs to move it 2 hours back.
