“I went to the stretching class a few months ago and had an amazing time. I was nervous going by myself but when I walked in the owner- very friendly, greeted me and wished me well with my first class. The instructor.. I don’t recall her name but she was great. Took the time to help me get into the positions we were doing and was super knowledgeable about what exactly we were stretching and the benefits. Being in the hammock was such a cool and relaxing experience. Would most certainly go back.“

“Completing my yoga teacher training certification at pure yoga was truly a life changing experience for me! I have been practicing yoga at the studio for over 8 years and it is always the most warming and welcoming environment. Every instructor treats you like a friend and I’ve built great relationships with the people there. It feels like a yoga family! Because of this, I knew I had to do my YTT at pure. As expected, the training was led by some of the most renowned yoga instructors (men and women) from Delaware and NYC. This may sound intimidating, but they were also some of the most down to earth and friendly people that made you feel comfortable and at ease while learning a ton of information in a short period of time. After completing the course, I fully felt confident that I had the knowledge to lead a yoga class. Upon graduating, you leave with what I like to call my “yoga bible” that I reference often while planning out a class. Since then I have been subbing as needed at pure yoga and will continue on my yoga journey with this wonderful studio. Even if you’re not interested in teaching, the course is great for deepening your practice and taking your yoga practice to a different level. Highly recommend this studio and the 200 hour yoga teacher training course!“
