I recently started attending sessions here and have seen great results. There are sessions for all levels of practice and capable instructors. The instructors have been able to take me through progressions that directly addressed pockets of tension leading to alot of relief! Great calming vibe as well.
I’ve been coming to this Pilates studio consistently for years, and it’s truly one of my favorite places. The workouts are always thoughtful, challenging, and effective, and I’ve seen such a difference in my strength, posture, and overall well-being since I started.
Meredith is incredible. She has such a strong understanding of the body and an ability to guide you in a way that feels both supportive and motivating. Every class feels intentional, and she meets you exactly where you are while still pushing you to improve.

As a recent transplant to Wilmington from the beach, I was anxious to find a yoga studio that matched my previous studio. I never thought I would find a place that not only met but exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked through the door in early 2024, I truly felt like had found my place. I had never thought of becoming yoga teacher certified until I met Meredith, the owner of Pure. I immediately signed up for the 200 YTT and am now a certified yoga instructor!
