“This local shop is amazing. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. I came in needing help with a broken zipper on my diaper bag. It was a major deal for me because this particular zipper closed the “changing area” of the bag. Long story short, I needed a new bag if the zipper could not be fixed. I went to one cleaners and they said to come back in a few hours for someone to look at it. I went to Ted’s next and upon walking in they looked at it right away and started working. The guy assured me that it was an easy fix and he could see what he could do. I just appreciated the fact that I wasn’t dismissed immediately and he actually stopped what he was doing to fix my zipper. It took less than 5 minutes. I’ve now found my new go to cleaners for my future needs.“

“Very good. I dropped off a suit to have dry cleaned, and the turn around was less than a day. When I picked it up, the suit came back free of defects, no missing buttons, and most importantly, pressed and clean. I will be sure to use Vogue again for future dry cleaning.“

“I had been coming to this cleaners for the last 3 years and I’m very satisfied. I just don’t know why it has a low review but I’m not only go there for dry cleaning but also for alteration to any garments. Everyone there very friendly and they takes responsability only one time one of my skirt got damage and they gave me partially payment in which it was ok with me and one blouse was misplaced and it was found…prices are very reasonable most if not all are $3.99 unless is a different material but prices still very low I really recommended it. If you would like to start with a few items if you liked then go back if not go to one of those that may charge you double for the same thing. I don’t know but when my item got misplaced they review their cameras if you item is lost or misplaced they can access their own camera so I don’t think anything can’t be stolen. I don’t know if they updated cameras I hope so because those cameras needs an updated but if I was to take an expensive item I would take a before or after picture so far so good overall I’m pretty satisfied.“
