This local shop is amazing. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. I came in needing help with a broken zipper on my diaper bag. It was a major deal for me because this particular zipper closed the “changing area” of the bag. Long story short, I needed a new bag if the zipper could not be fixed. I went to one cleaners and they said to come back in a few hours for someone to look at it. I went to Ted’s next and upon walking in they looked at it right away and started working. The guy assured me that it was an easy fix and he could see what he could do. Overall experience has been nothing but great. The place makes you feel like you’re at home being taken care of by a family member. I took a suit jacket and multiple pairs of jeans for tailoring and no issues. The staff is polite, and they attend you in a timely manner. Will be my go-to tailor for the foreseeable future.

Stopped in to have a leather button sewn on a jacket that I had forgotten to replace earlier but planned to wear that night. Young lady there (owner) was able to (and kind enough) to interrupt what she was doing and sew on a near identical new button within 2-3 minutes for a very reasonable price. Her two other co-workers were likewise young. It's nice to see young people being entrepreneurial and preserving a traditional business. Please give them your patronage.
