Tailor 2 pants hemmed length-good. I was disappointed that the corduroy jeans didn't have a break as I wanted. I had her lower the pin from where she initially put it but the final hem had no break.

absolutely positive experience w a challenging cleaning problem. 110% satisfied. and not the first time they have brought an article of clothing back from *not usable.* most highly recommend. (did you get the word MOST?) i dont use a dry cleaners that often - and would not normally travel all the way to the other side of newark to get dry cleaning done BUT will definitely be making the trip there for any cleaning i have done from now on. soooooo thankful to have found them!!!

I needed a dress alteration for a wedding and my mother in law insisted on bringing my attire here. So I did. There was one elder lady there who was very snooty. Once I stepped a foot into the shop, she clearly gave me the eye roll and continue to speak on the phone in Korean as if my presence as a customer was not needed. I couldn't hide my expression and so she asked ignorantly what I wanted and quickly told me it couldn't be done. Than another lady approached behind the counter and she was the total opposite. She was as sweet as she could be. Told me to put on my dress that way we both can visual see what needed to be done. With confidence, she said yes it could be altered and I can hear her scold the other woman in their language. Anyways, within short notice I was happy with the end result. However, they were pricey. The total was more than dress I purchased. No it wasn't a wedding dress, just formal that needed to be cut 6 inches off from the bottom and a slit. I currently have mix emotions about it and not sure if I would return.
