August 23 young lady with spiderman t-shirt long hair... not customer friendly at all!! Very rude and unprofessional. I've been coming here for over ten years and have never experienced such behavior

I didn’t care for paying extra just to use a credit card. They do good work but deceptive practices. Tried to charge me for 4 items to be dry cleaned instead of only 3. 1 item only needed a repair, but again tried to charge me for 4 items dry cleaned and not 3 plus the 1 repair. I had 4 items dropped in total. Great prices but will try to pull a fast 1 if you are not careful.Services: Special care fabric cleaning

Since we moved to Delaware just over 4 years ago, this was our dry cleaners.Until a year post-Covid, we had NO issues whatsoever. All clothes and bedding that we left for cleaning were picked up smelling clean, pressed impeccably, and laundered without complaint.Ever since about a year back we have had spotty service, with shirt returned with broken buttons and clothes that, while pressed, did not feel the same nor smelled “fresh”.
