We contacted Coastal Comfort on the morning we discovered our system stop working. They arrived on site two hours later diagnosed the problem and gave us options. We asked to speak with their sales department who showed up the next morning,ON TIME. He gave us an excellent presentation on what they had to offer. We set up our install appointment and everything went smoothly. The guys showed up on time, replaced our entire HVAC system and left the site better than they found it. Very courteous and helpful with showing us how to run the system. Completed job in one day. Just like they said they would.

The techs arrived as scheduled. Once they started their work we did not know they were here which was at least seven hours. When work was completed they came and asked us if we had questions which we did and were answered so we would understand. It is always a great experience with Coastal Comfort techs.
