My experience with Coastal Comfort has been excellent! Eric came to evaluate which system fit our needs and to give a price estimate. Very knowledgeable and professional. Brandon and T.J. who installed our system did and excellent job. John, their supervisor who helped troubleshoot an issue was extremely helpful. And then Emily at the office who guided me through this process and coordinated everything was very courteous and helpful to say the least.

From the first contact I was impressed by the knowledge and help in selecting the proper configuration of my hvac system. That then led to help in ensuring the new system was eligible for rebates. The scheduled install was exactly as described and completed in a professional manner. The installers ensured the system was operational as intended before they were satisfied with their work. I was fortunate that Home Depot vetted and selected Costal Comfort as their preferred provider.

Professional from the first Phone call. A human being answered the phone. Scheduled the appointment at a convenient time and even made accommodations. The Technician (Joe) was professional and was very knowledgeable when answering specific questions about the Carrier Unit. An Awesome experience all around.Service: HVAC system maintenance
