Honestly I was shocked, as it took her seconds to notice things other places never pick up on unless I explicitly tell them. She walked me through a few options and suggested starting with a lash lift since it's more affordable and better for my everyday look. I was so impressed that she wasn't just trying to upsell me! When we did the extensions, Penny was super practiced and clearly knew how to work with my eye shape. I was already satisfied halfway through, but she has such high standards for herself and kept tweaking until it was absolutely perfect. The whole time I felt so reassured. The studio itself is adorable--clean, cozy, and peaceful--and the staff are all so friendly! Since I'm just visiting DC, they even gave me tips on fun spots to check out.
