I came here on a Monday evening for a Beyoncé themed yoga class led by Wellness Director Tara, and it was incredible. She has such a calming voice and good energy. They provide gaiam yoga mats and blocks to assist in the practice. Finishing off with a peppermint essential oil while in the final pose was the perfect ending. I appreciated all the greenery and neutral decor in the studio. The lighting was conducive to relaxation and de-stressing. Highly recommend.

Great vibe and excellent instruction for yoga and other classes. They also offer a range of meditation and related services to improve the spirit, mind, and body. The facility feels high end but the cost is not. A beautiful room in which to practice yoga and of range of levels. They also offer free meditation at 12. I have never tried this but it appears to be popular. You can pay by the month or buy a book of coupons for drop in purposes. Management is flexible and accommodating. Men's bathroom is clean and comforting. Highly recommend.
