The coaches are always actively engaged, watching and correcting technique, making sure everyone improves. As long as you're focused and open to learning, you're guaranteed to walk away having grown—either by learning something new or sharpening your current skills.

When our son was having trouble with confidence at school, his time in class at Charland really helped to build him back up. Tony, the instructor created a private class for us accommodating our busy schedule. It was creative and active and really drove the message home to the kids without terrifying them. It was such a great way to get the kids to realize they need to get their faces unglued from phones and have an awareness of their surroundings. I found Extreme Karate through a google search.
