“Blas was very kind and informative. We're new to CT and didn't anticipate mice, especially so soon. He explained the inspection results and confirmed my suspicions. The proposal was not as much as I had expected, which was nice. He gave a good breakdown of the different options. One thing was added when I went to sign that was not previously discussed, but he was quick to respond with an explanation and apology when I asked about it. No harm, no foul. I was also able to schedule services to start within a few days which is fantastic. Inspection was free, cost of services depends on many factors but i feel for pest and rodent it was certainly priced reasonably.“

“In October I paid $450 dollars for two fall services. It is December 1st and so far I have received only one service. I can’t get through to the office by phone - answering machine only. My email to them is returned undelivered with “server error”. I am beginning to fear I have been taken. If this is an honest misunderstanding I will post a follow up.

This is a follow up to my prior one star review of Lawn Doctor. Apparently, I reviewed the incorrect Lawn Doctor franchise. I did not mean this review of the Hartford-Manchester franchise. I have never done business with them. I meant to review the Putnam franchise who serviced my property. They did call me back the next day and apparently their office had been closed because they were on vacation. The two services I had paid for had been provided in one visit. I hope this clarifies the situation.“

They don't try to sell you anything you don't need and there are no long term contracts pushed on you. A need recently arose again for their services. When I called, Leslie recommended we try something first and if if didn't work to call them back and they'd come out. Well, it did work which resulted in us not having to use them this time but because of our past experiences and Leslie's willingness to help rather than just take our money unnecessarily, rest assured we will again in the future.“
