“Blas was very kind and informative. We're new to CT and didn't anticipate mice, especially so soon. He explained the inspection results and confirmed my suspicions. The proposal was not as much as I had expected, which was nice. He gave a good breakdown of the different options. One thing was added when I went to sign that was not previously discussed, but he was quick to respond with an explanation and apology when I asked about it. No harm, no foul. I was also able to schedule services to start within a few days which is fantastic. Inspection was free, cost of services depends on many factors but i feel for pest and rodent it was certainly priced reasonably.”
