Unfortunately, I have purchased several packages that now I’m regretting as there is always a cancellation due to the new aesthetician’s changing schedule. I was tweezing twice per day and when facial hair got the better of me, I made the call.At consultation I was educated about the process of electrolysis and soon learned that what I was taught about tweezing was all wrong. “I brought my 96 year old neighbor to get a pedicure along with myself. They could not have been more accommodating by firstly opening the door so she could get in with her walker, helping her onto the chain which was very difficult for her, taking off and then putting her shoes back on when done. Ann who did her pedicure was patient and understanding. Took her time and was extremely gentle.

My pedicure with Amy was equally as wonderful.

The facility was bright and clean. Everyone was extremely helpful.

The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is I also had my upper lip waxed and the wax must have been too hot and burned my upper lip section in 2 spots.
I did not know this until I got into the car to drive home. I know she knew she it was extremely obvious, but choose not say anything.
I should not have been charged for it.
Over the next few days it scabbed over. It looked very unpleasant.

But my overall experience was positive and I would definitely go back.“

“I had another wonderful experience at Axxess Spa yesterday. My 60-minite facial was with Tara. Unlike facials at other facilities, those at Axxess provide a full 60 minutes of hands-on work, not just 45 minutes, with 15 minutes allotted for "consultation," which, to be honest, includes trying to sell you very expensive products. No pressure at all at Axxess. I've received wonderful facials from Tara & Cassidy. And....this morning a co-worker told me my skin looked wonderful. I told her I had a facial yesterday. She said "your skin always looks good after you get a facial!" Thank you, Axxess!“
