“After finding out that a sewer line was broken and leaking in the crawl space in my basement and having it repaired, I called ServPro for help to clean up the mess, etc., etc. Within 20 minutes I got a call back and the Project Manager from Team Luciani, Mark Mastropietro, came to my home to assess the damage within a couple of hours. Mark was terrific. Very professional and listened to all my concerns. In less than 24 hours, Ricardo and Arnold arrived and went to work, after explaining what they were going to do, anticipated time of completion of the project, and answering all my questions. “If I could give 1 billion stars I would! I have purchased a home to create a safe, mold free, chemical free space for my son to heal. When I walked through the house when they were just about finished I could have cried.(I did actually ?) I was so concerned about the amount of mold and damage I had found during demo. Once I walked through all my concerns were eliminated!! It is completely clean, mold free and cleaner than I could have ever imagined. No signs of old lumbar yard mold. No more musty smell under the window that clearly was leaking for decades. They had to remove some more of the ceiling and flooring by the doorway which shows me they really take care and do not overlook any potential issues.

I have used this company now for about 3-4 years for various rugs and carpet at both my small business, previous home, and our new house. Our first experience was with having an oriental rug cleaned, which I was very nervous about due to the delicate nature of those types of rugs (and it was quite expensive). Vic was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable upon my initial questions. We had the rug taken to their location to be "deep cleaned", and I must say it was like a brand new rug when he brought it back! They did an amazing job!
