had a positive experience with the front staff at Starling Healthcare Physicians in Newington. They were incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive to patient needs. The front team provided a great foundation for care, and the atmosphere was welcoming.

However, I did have concerns about the management team. In the back office, there seems to be a lack of support for staff, especially around maintaining strict doctor-patient confidentiality boundaries. The management team needs to do more to ensure that employees feel supported and that patient privacy
is always respect

Receptionist was disinterested in finding my appointment. Told me “I can’t find you go over there and knock on that door.” Knocked on the door person shoe opens looked displeased that I knocked I explained I was told to knock and had an appointment. She was able to find me in the system under different last name although I gave my last name while making the appointment. Was told I need insurance card even though the had my insurance in the system with an old last name, explained they are no longer printed everything is the same except for last name I have license to prove new name. I was recommended to go here by my mother, as she spoke highly of Dr. Melissa DiLoretta. I made an appointment, but had to reschedule because I mistakenly made my appointment at the same time as another appointment. I asked to have the appointment made on a Thursday, but it was scheduled for a Monday. When I realized, I called far in advance to let them know and to reschedule. Because I would be a new client, I was told I couldn’t reschedule again. I told the receptionist (Ashley) to just cancel my appointment then, and she just said “okay” and hung up on me.
