We started using Care at Home by JFS 11 months ago for our parents care at home. We switched from a different agency due to dissatisfaction in a number of areas. Donna Cassidy and her staff of caregivers have been trustworthy, skilled, kind and wonderful to work with. Donna is compassionate, responsible, a very effective communicator and is a person of high integrity. She works closely with her staff to deliver consistently high quality care with compassion for our parents, even in difficult and changing circumstances. She listens to any concerns that we have, updates the plan of care regularly and follows up with my parents, caregivers and us.

Care at home JFS is very attentive to the needs of my mother. I have a case coordinator who is great. Substitutes are provided when needed in a timely way and they are very good. Sometimes there are misunderstandings with the agency and the caregiver regarding the lines of communication which is my only criticism however we have worked out those issues and now I am a very satisfied customer.
