This was my first time at this facility. I’ve been too many convalescent homes over the years, but this one exceeded them all. First,?it was very secure and printed out an ID badge for me with my picture. Next, it’s very family friendly. When I entered there, was someone in the lobby popping fresh popcorn for guests. It’s been a habit that once you enter a facility and get past the front desk, as you get closer to the rooms where the residents are; and their sleeping area begins, there’s usually an odor of urine and feces, but there was none of that at this facility. This facility is very clean, the workers treat all the residents with respect, the residents and the workers are like family members at home. I can recommend this facility as home away from home.
Upon entering the building from the front desk walking thee hallway everyone was very friendly. I was pleased to see my love one was sitting up nice and clean. The aids was courteous. It was an over all wonderful experience.
