Our dad, Freddie Smith, was a patient/client of Home Instead. Seven years ago dad had a massive stroke. It was extremely important that he remained at home. My sister and I could not always be there due to daily commitments. Home Instead was the next best thing. They took care of him for almost a year. Dad has since passed away but we would definitely refer anyone in need of home care to RuPal and the Home Instead Staff. Pamela Smith
Rupal and Ronni were exceptional. I was happy we found a good team with Home Instead to keep my mom at home.We enjoyed the staff that took care of my mom but she was not satisfied with their light housekeeping and cooking. I appreciated their companionship and their kindness.
Home Instead West Hartford provided excellent care for my mother. They worked with us to find the right caregivers for her. The caregivers got to know her well and they knew just what they needed. They went above and beyond to take care of her many needs. I would highly recommend Home Instead West Hartford.
