“I walked into the store to schedule an appointment as a new patient. Afterwards I asked if they would be able to repair the earpiece to my current eyeglasses and they did. MeEye Dr facility where I am a patient informed me they couldn't fix or it would break. They lost me as a customer and I will walk in tomorrow to let them know and cancel my appointment. Dr. Filchak was incredibly thorough and patient, I never felt rushed, and he explained everything I ask about my eye health. It's clear that Dr. is passionate about what he does and genuinely cares about his patients.
Nancy, the optician, was just as impressive, friendly, kind, professional, and always ready to answer any questions, whether it was helping me and my son, choose frames or explaining my prescription, she was knowledgeable and attentive.
I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care. The whole team truly goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and well taken care of!

“I would recommend this office to everyone! The staff here are amazing and every year I get glasses I get so many compliments. Many of my coworkers now go to this office for their eye care. One of my staff members has a special needs son who gets overwhelmed when he is around other people. She asked me if My Eye Doctor would have staff come out to her car and adjust his glasses. I called the office and would you believe this staff member sent me a message today praising the care that she and her son received. She reported that Sharon and Sandra came to her car, and were so good with her son. She thanked me for recommending this office and sent me a picture of her son with a huge smile on his face. She said this has never happened before. This is why I give them a five star rating. Dr. Mulligan is who I see, and she is awesome. Always pleasant and personable, asking how I am doing.
