“I walked into the store to schedule an appointment as a new patient. Afterwards I asked if they would be able to repair the earpiece to my current eyeglasses and they did. MeEye Dr facility where I am a patient informed me they couldn't fix or it would break. They lost me as a customer and I will walk in tomorrow to let them know and cancel my appointment. I thanked the tech and shared my experience. I am happy I went with my gut and asked. Thank you!?“

“I would recommend this office to everyone! The staff here are amazing and every year I get glasses I get so many compliments. Many of my coworkers now go to this office for their eye care. One of my staff members has a special needs son who gets overwhelmed when he is around other people. She asked me if My Eye Doctor would have staff come out to her car and adjust his glasses. I called the office and would you believe this staff member sent me a message today praising the care that she and her son received. She reported that Sharon and Sandra came to her car, and were so good with her son. She thanked me for recommending this office and sent me a picture of her son with a huge smile on his face.
