“I walked into the store to schedule an appointment as a new patient. Afterwards I asked if they would be able to repair the earpiece to my current eyeglasses and they did. MeEye Dr facility where I am a patient informed me they couldn't fix or it would break. They lost me as a customer and I will walk in tomorrow to let them know and cancel my appointment. I thanked the tech and shared my experience. I am happy I went with my gut and asked. Thank you!?“

“Been going here over 9 years this time was totally different rushed, receptionists disrespectful rude concerned about future weather instead of focusing on me (customer) approached counter she looked at me said what? in condescending tone usually after doctor hands receptionist paper work need info for next step, her response I just got paperwork, and now I need next move let someone know I need to look at new glasses DUH! Asked if I had pictures taken again little confused why asked shouldn't she know by looking at paper work ? She tried to charge $43 I questioned charge then she looked oh it says zero! I drive twice 25 miles each way here because I use to feel important as a patient. When I make last trip to receive new glasses will look for new service closer to home with professional service places are dime a dozen they need satisfied patients for buisness success,jobs and survival. Good Luck Feel bad for DR Kline in the DE-KLINE of customer service.“

“Dr. Liu has extraordinary sensitivity about how the brain informs the eyes and can actually train two different prescription eyes to work more in harmony with each other thus facilitating 3D depth perception. She also understands how and when the eyes are tracking accurately. She’s ingenious with the optical exercises she offers to her patients. Some of these are quite difficult and take practice.“
