“Although they were not the lowest quote I received, the others left a lot of open room for overruns and intended to take out the ceiling in the room below. Tim took another approach and intended to have a look from above and let me know if there was structural damage in need of immediate repair and he was true to his quote. This saved me the cost of taking out a plaster ceiling while fixing the leaking issue from above with a beautiful new roof. The work crew was fast and very professional, replacing roofs on 2 extensions in 2 days. There was a small mix-up on roof color, but they gave me a credit for the inconvenience. Communication was challenging at times, but they held to their timelines during a busy season.“
“Slavin Home Improvements replaced my roof in October 2023. One of the rafters was higher than the others which made the roof and house not look good. When Zak came over to look at the job he told me that he would take care of it and make the roof line straight. On the day of the roof replacement his men corrected the problem and did an excellent job installing the roof shingles and chimney flashing. “We recently had Exteriors of CT put on new vinyl siding on our house. They did a tremendous job - the house looks great, the level of care and detail in all the nooks and crannies of the house came out really well. Chris was great to work with - extremely nice guy - you got the sense that him and his crew treated the job at our house as it was one of their own. They had the lowest quote that we sourced. The crew worked long hours some days (from 730am to 630pm in the dark on a friday) to finish the job as quickly as possible. They even spent a day here in the light rain after the previous day was a wash out. Exteriors will be at the top of my list for our next home project - they will not dissapoint!“

Insurance dragged their feet for our kitchen that burned down in April 2023, a few months later Crys was on the job and got things moving with insurance, I would recommend this company to anyone doing a project small OR large, not only did they do quality work, but they did it for reasonable prices considering the state of prices for building materials right now. there was never a question, if I asked for it, they figured out a way to deliver it. I hope to work with these gentlemen again on a project in the summer, I would recommend these guys over some of the big box businesses in the area any day of the week. “Safe Roof Cleaning cleaned our roof, our siding, and our gutters. I had the estimator, John, come out last year and liked him from the get-go. He was an honest, professional, friendly sales person and was not pushy. I didn’t get back in touch with him until this year to have my quote updated and add our siding as the mildew had gotten noticeably worse. They even added in various discounts for taking advantage of the entire service as quoted, placing a sign in the yard, and paying by check. We decided to go for it this year and we’re ASTOUNDED by the results! The house looks better than it did 2 years ago when we bought the place! “When I called they came out with in days to inspect my roof and provide me a quote. They followed up after the verbal quote with the formal email quote. Glen and his son Anthony were wonderful to work with. I quoted other companies and chose them. They were on time and completed my roof on the house and garage with in 2days. “I am really grateful for Welch Roofing and for Dave Welch. Not only did the whole team do a stellar job replacing my roof, but Dave helped me with a laundry list of other repairs. He was also patient and kind and treated me, a single mother, with a lot of respect -- something that doesn't always happen with contractors, unfortunately.A foundation replacement gone awry caused severe damage to my house, including damage to the roof. The foundation contractor offered me $6,000 out of repair bills that now total greater than $100,000, telling me that my house was old and needed repairs anyway. That amount seemed inadequate, and I was hesitant to accept the offer, but I was caving to guilt. That's when Dave stopped by after I called for a quote to repair the roof, and he urged me to call insurance. As soon as I called insurance, the foundation contractor stopped cooperating and refused to respond to my insurance company. I was getting nowhere fast. Dave offered to help with the insurance aspects of the job, as well as the roof, and he got to work right away after we signed the contract.Needless to say, I am so glad I hired him and Welch Roofing and their partner, Adam Quenneville. Not only did he help move the insurance claim forward, but his careful attention to detail and knowledge ensured that all of the repairs to the roof, gutters, and windows were covered. We're still working on other damages, but I'm confident that those damages will be covered, too.Additionally, the roofing crew led by Fernando did an excellent job repairing and replacing the roof and skylights, and Joe and his assistant did a great job replacing the gutters and downspouts. The crews worked diligently and kept the site clean. They were also respectful and kind and very understanding of our hyper dog. I couldn't have asked for better people to help make our house whole again and for bringing a happy ending to our nightmare.“
