I am really grateful for Welch Roofing and for Dave Welch. Not only did the whole team do a stellar job replacing my roof, but Dave helped me with a laundry list of other repairs. He was also patient and kind and treated me, a single mother, with a lot of respect -- something that doesn't always happen with contractors, unfortunately.A foundation replacement gone awry caused severe damage to my house, including damage to the roof. The foundation contractor offered me $6,000 out of repair bills that now total greater than $100,000, telling me that my house was old and needed repairs anyway. Nancy & Bob GosselinNew Roof (2023)We are returning customers with the Welch family having had a roof replacement 24 years ago with the 1st Welch roofing company. Dave Welch is the 2nd generation & partners with Adam Quenville. We appreciated their attention to detail from Dave's presentation to answering all of our questions. The roof was completed in two days with Dave coming and going on both days making sure his crew was taken care of and to see if we had any questions. A huge thanks to Fernando and his crew who worked from dawn to dusk while only stopping for a lunch break leaving our property spotless on completion. This is the second time I contracted with Welch Roofing. The first time was 30 years ago. Bernie Welch provided me with a concise detailed estimate plus an understanding of what is necessary to construct a solid long lasting weather resistant roof. The job performed was professional and the attention to detail was outstanding. The new roof looked great and from day one on never had a problem. I am retired now and intend to live in my house for as long as possible, hopefully without issue. A new roof was part of this plan. I again asked Welch Roofing to provide an estimate.
