Welch Roofing installed a new rolled roofing above our 3 season room and did an excellent job. Dave provided a fair estimate and helped negotiate a warranty claim with GAF concerning our existing leaking roof shingles. The communication was excellent. And Dave and his roofing crew was prompt, polite, professional and cleaned up.
