Although they were not the lowest quote I received, the others left a lot of open room for overruns and intended to take out the ceiling in the room below. Tim took another approach and intended to have a look from above and let me know if there was structural damage in need of immediate repair and he was true to his quote. This saved me the cost of taking out a plaster ceiling while fixing the leaking issue from above with a beautiful new roof. The work crew was fast and very professional, replacing roofs on 2 extensions in 2 days. There was a small mix-up on roof color, but they gave me a credit for the inconvenience. Just had my roof replaced by Tim after he came out to replace some shingles that blew off during some strong wind storms.He got an estimate to us and had a crew out quickly when our 27 year old roof developed a leak.His crew was very professional and did a thorough cleanup when everything was completed.I couldn’t be happier with the entire process from beginning to end.

Totally awesome! Crew arrived on time; moved some of our things out of the way; installed a protective "tarp" from roof edge to a huge heavy tarp on the ground. Super protection for siding, deck, and yard from debris and stray nails. They stripped roof down to wood. Applied ice-damning protection and another waterproof layer. After shingles were applied, every bit of debris was removed to dumpster. The crew even put back the things I'd left in their way! Roof looks AMAZING! Every member of the crew was respectful, helpful, and professional. Tim and the entire crew couldn't have improved in any way.
