“I have been going here for over 10 years now. My last doctor was horrible (Schilling). When he left I received Ryan Mansi. This was a HUGE upgrade! After the nurse took my blood pressure, he was in within not even 5 minutes which is so rare! I was talking to him for almost an hour about my concerns with my epilepsy meds and what he can do to make it better. Even though I chose to not wean myself off of them (since I wouldn't be able to drive) he shows genuine concern. I live in RI and make the drive just to see him! If you have any doubt, ask for him directly, I promise you won't regret it!“

“I have been going to this eye group since it was Dr Adrian's. I haven't ever had a issue. Staff has always been welcoming and warm, and answered any concerns or issues. When I got contacts went over how to use them and put them in with ease. Adam is so very helpful with choosing glasses to compliment you. He is like your own personal shopper but for your face. He makes sure you are happy with your new glasses.“

“I was sitting in the waiting room waiting for one of my patients that I care for finish her appointment. When I noticed a front desk lady with blondish hair, Rude to a patient. Just before we checked in as she was also rude to us! ! She wasn’t even wearing a mask as she coughed the entire time I was in the waiting room. Well, some other girl checked us out. The blonde girl must’ve went on break because she was smoking a cigarette in grey car! How professional is that you work for a primary care doctor and you’re puffing down a cigarette. No wonder why she was coughing! Maybe she wasn’t sick she just got a smokers cough, but how disgusting and unprofessional!

“I had such an amazing experience with everyone here. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Everyone I saw during my pregnancy listened to me and treated me with great respect, Dr Brown delivered my baby by C-section. He is an amazing doctor with a great sense of humor and took great care of me and my baby during the delivery“

“I am not able to get in touch with my provider or get a message to him. I have new insurance and they need a pre approval phone call to fill meds that I depend on. The medical assistant cannot even pronounce or read the name of my medication. The front desk manager threatened me, telling me they will not refill my meds until I am seen in person because it's been 7 months since I was last seen. My meds do not require monthly appointments, but she said they do(I'vebeen on them for 2 years). I was threatened, belittled and lied to.. and then was told they would not see me because I was upset about it. They even lied and told me the pharmacist said my insurance denied my prescription and won't cover it. I left messages with the Medical Director, but am now thinking I will seek legal action against them for discrimination.“
