Friday, 12/12/25. Online hours state open til noon, started calling at 9am. Answering service suggested calling back in a little while, they must be busy. So we tried again , several times. Finally, physically went to the office - doors were locked, lights were out - clearly closed. Since they had not informed the answering service, there was no on-call dr. Husband went to an urgent care. VERY frustrating.
Natalia Fanani is amazing! She's thorough, and doesn't miss a beat! She listens, takes her time with you, and explains everything in detail. All of my encounters with her have been wonderful and I have full trust in her. I highly recommend.
Just had my first visit at this clinic due to having to change primary because of Tricare, and it was a blessing in disguise. Natalia was so patient and caring and was VERY thorough! I almost felt bad that she was taking her time because today seemed like a very busy day for the staff; phones ringing off the hook, multiple patients! Everyone was very kind and professional in the moments of craziness! I never left a doctor’s office feeling happy and ready to get a handle on my health! Thank you to Natalia and her fantastic team!
