I was sitting in the waiting room waiting for one of my patients that I care for finish her appointment. When I noticed a front desk lady with blondish hair, Rude to a patient. Just before we checked in as she was also rude to us! ! She wasn’t even wearing a mask as she coughed the entire time I was in the waiting room. Well, some other girl checked us out. The blonde girl must’ve went on break because she was smoking a cigarette in grey car! How professional is that you work for a primary care doctor and you’re puffing down a cigarette. No wonder why she was coughing! Maybe she wasn’t sick she just got a smokers cough, but how disgusting and unprofessional!
