I am not able to get in touch with my provider or get a message to him. I have new insurance and they need a pre approval phone call to fill meds that I depend on. The medical assistant cannot even pronounce or read the name of my medication. The front desk manager threatened me, telling me they will not refill my meds until I am seen in person because it's been 7 months since I was last seen. My meds do not require monthly appointments, but she said they do(I'vebeen on them for 2 years). Great doctors! However, the call wait times are ridiculous. There should be a way to choose options. I should not have to wait 20 mins to cancel my appointment. Honestly, I’ve been waiting forever, I’m in a bad place mentally and I’m boutta just hang up and miss it??‍♀️. Ridiculous.

I know Generations is apart of Backus Hospital but Kristen has been so on point she doesn't procrastinate at all and she's a very good listener and makes sure all your needs are met. I never had any issues with her or struggles I'm so glad she's apart of the team.
