“Since I have multiple severe health conditions a pineal gland tumor in carcinoid cancer including multiple orthopedic in neuropathy problems. The emergency room is tough unless you're really sick they take you in immediately but you got to be in a bad way. Other than that you're going to wait a while you're going to sit out in the waiting room and suffer for a while the actual surgeons are incredible the level of care as far as surgeries go is very good. Once you get on a floor you might run into a little bit of annoyance with the staff and it's not the the nurses nurses nurses are not doing anything wrong . It's just that they're understaffed“

Now they both have been seeing Dr. O'Callahan for the past 10 years and he's great too, I don't think there's enough space for me to write how awesome everyone is at this office from the receptionist to nurses to the doctors, I will always be appreciative of everyone there♥“

However when utilizing the portal and getting in contact with the medical provider from there, it is very efficient. It’s just modern times now so portals seem to be the new way. Questions about everything from hiccups to rashes have been answered with compassion. Knowing sound advice is just a phone call away gives me the confidence I need to take care of my daughter at home. I can't (and shouldn't) trust Google with everything!Our well visits have been detail-oriented and informative. Appointments are never rushed.
