CFPT doctors and therapists have supported my recovery through every phase since May 2022. All practitioners and staff have been kind, personable, and committed to my health. They're skilled at a variety of therapies: massage, red light, dry needling, mobility, etc. I've incorporated many exercises they've used or taught into my daily routine. Most importantly, CFPT is a boutique practice, where therapy is one-on-one, focused, and effective. I highly recommend CFPT.

I’ve had horrible shoulder trouble and tried a bunch of physical therapists. Many were fine but this office goes the extra mile. I’ve worked with three therapists, Kristen, Cody, and Dawn. They’ve helped me immensely. Their admin staff is beyond helpful and pleasant to work with. Cannot recommend this place highly enough!

I have nothing but praise for Kristen and the rest of the staff and the facilities at CT Family Physical Therapy.Kristen was masterful at helping me get in shape for total knee replacement surgery.Several months later she cheerfully encouraged me through thepost op rehab process, outlining the goals and helping me achieve them. She always listened and responded to my concerns and questions.I highly recommend Connecticut Family Physical Therapy.
