When I came to the Ludlowe I was in terrible shape with ALS. I was so grateful to have Sam, (physical therapy )Denise(Occupational therapy)and Leanne(speech therapy)and their staff for various therapies. I kept saying to myself “They can’t pay these ladies enough.”
They were caring, efficient and went miles above and beyond to treat everyone like they were number one. (It was always quite a bit of people too)
It seemed they were always looking for ways to help and find solutions to problems. They would often check on patients after or before sessions to make sure they were okay, provide advice and encouragement and so much more.

I just started visiting because my dad will be there for awhile. We immediately had the receptionist and nurses welcome him and us to get him settled in. It was late and yet everyone was eager to help. Vanessa is kind, professional and really knows how to help a person feel at ease. We know dad will get great care here!
The physical plant is immaculate. Tastefully decorated, secure and appealing. More importantly it is the staff that is outstanding. Every department I encountered were experienced, professional and empathetic. The patient was the overriding focus and everyone one of them knows this and strives to achieve such an admirable and ambitious goal.
