“Everything was good except the time I was admitted versus my appointment time. I went for an eye exam to get prescription for glasses. I arrived and checked in by my 10:15 AM appointment time. Wasn't admitted at 10:15 AM because there were 4 people ahead of me. When it was my turn the staff was professional, cordial, and quick during my exam. The exam maybe lasted about 5 - 8 minutes from entry to exiting the store with prescription in hand. I left the store at 11:15 AM. This visit could have been 5 stars if my exam was done at the appointment time or the policy was by walk in and not appointments.“

“I had such a very great experience from the consultation to the day of my procedure. Trust was a very huge part of this whole process and they were there every single part of it. The doctor tells you everything he's doing and make sure you're doing good but by the time you even lay down you really don't have time to be nervous because it's already done. “I cannot express enough gratitude for how much Dr. Dincher helped me. I struggled with extreme dry eye for 8 years. I've tried every medication available, paying absurd amounts of money in hopes of finding relief. I was going through 2-3 boxes of over the counter drops per week in between using the prescription drops so that I could get through the day without feeling like I had sandpaper on my eyes every time I blinked. Nothing I tried relieved my dry eyes.
Prior to going to Dr. Dincher’s practice I tried 3 other eye specialists that were not able to provide me with relief of my dry eye. The moment I met Dr. Dincher I knew he was different. He gave me the most in depth consult I've ever received. He was thorough and meticulous during his evaluation of my eyes and he went over the imaging he took as well as a play back of the video of his evaluation while he explained his observations. He went over treatment therapies that he believed would treat my dry eye as well as improve the damage that occurred to my eyes as a result of my dry eye being unmanaged for so long. Dr. Dincher sent me videos going over the therapies that are offered to treat my symptoms so that I can make an informed decision about the route I wanted to take. I couldn't believe that I hadn't even heard of or been offered 3 of those treatment options by the other specialists I visited prior to coming to Lighthouse Vision.
After receiving treatment at Lighthouse Vision my dry eye is now managed for the first time in 8 years and my health and quality of life has substantially improved. I hope others who are experiencing eye trouble will put their trust in Dr. Dincher because his knowledge, the therapies he offers and education he provides his patients is unmatched.“

“Best experience in over 30 years of getting eye glasses. I love the simplicity of the office. Dr. Cid is the only person in the office and you get full attention from the moment you step in. She was thorough and thoughtful. My mom kept saying 'what a beautiful office'. I am never hopeful with new glasses because my lenses are so thick but my new glasses are beautiful and I am so happy. Because of the special attention, simplicity, kindness and very thorough and knowledgeable doc, I am sorry I waited so long to find someone who was just around the corner to get new glasses. The doc discovered my mom had cataracts and had to refer her to an eye doctor and didn't charge her for the exam. Dr. Cid is an optometrist, not an ophthalmologist.
