“Excellent experience. Dr. Ding Martin Ma is outstanding. He diagnosed my problem and created a treatment program that works for me. He answered all of my questions ( and I had several) thoughtfully. He took his time and explained everything to me, I never felt rushed. I left the office completely understanding my condition and the steps I needed to follow to treat it. “I was surprised to see so many negative reviews here. I've been going to New England Eyecare for over ten years and have been quite satisfied. My best theory is that happy customers aren't coming to Yelp to review. Also, some of the customer service issues from several years ago are regarding staff that have long since left. Both doctors are thorough and courteous. Cynthia at the front desk is a perfect mix of professionalism and warmth. My only negative would be shared by almost any brick-and-mortar eyeglass store. The prices for frames aren't great if you don't have a vision plan like VSP. But I think they're competitive with businesses of this type.“

“I've been going to Spector eye care for the last several years. Dr. Schantz, my Dr. at Spector has been great , thorough , attentive and totally professional. Ho hum visits, just the way I like them. Change glasses and contact lens prescriptions periodically, in and out of office with nothing much to think or worry about. Several weeks back she told me I needed to have a cataract taken out and steered me to Dr. Spector. Well eyes being my second favorite body part, I was petrified to consider an eye surgery. Simply put Dr. Spector is amazing ( that coming from a perpetual cynic). Not only was he patient explaining my need for treatment , he gave me several alternatives. Laser surgery being the one I opted for. Surgery was not only painless, he was thorough, professional and just plain great. My follow up the next day solidified in my mind that he really cares about his patients and their well being. Hoping anyone reading this does NOT need eye surgery but if you should, I highly recommend Dr. Spector for surgery and any of his colleagues for basic eye care. Richard B.“

It was an amazing choice all from the help of the SONO WP team. My experience at this store was phenomenal. Everyone was so attentive and helpful with my kids and I. The manager of the store, Kat who helped us on our glasses journey; leads her team in a way that all stores should follow. From her knowledge of the products to giving her honest opinions on the glasses we were looking at, to her patience with working with 3 people at a time, was beyond any customer satisfaction that a customer should experience. My daughter and I walked out of the store purchasing more than one pair because of how incredible our experience went at the store.
