Dr. HOO IS RUDE AND HER STAFF IS TOO! DIRTY MIRRORS SHE HAS NO PATIENCE FOR HER CLIENTS SHE NEEDS TO BE MORE POLITE AND CARING SHE IS A RUDE DR.She gave me option if I did not put my contact's on n off 3 times I could not leave with my special ordered contacts for karactaconus do not go to this Dr. HOO FOR CONTACT'S SHE DONT CARE HER MIRRORS ARE DIRTY AND DINGY! WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFETIME!

Ive been coming here since I was a kid and they were located in downtown of bridgeport. Never had an issue with anyone here. Im 30 years old now and I love that they are still here taking care of us. Now i bring my daughter and my sister brings her kids. Thank you guys for always being the same. Very patient with rude clients. Very quick and effective. Love you guys. Wish you all the best of luck during this pandemic. I will be making an appointment soon.

Randomly searched online for an area optometrist, liked their website, thought "Enh, why not check it out". Their office is very nice, I had great customer service all throughout, Dr. Frankel was very nice, and patient, and I liked their frames selections. Happy to leave this review and have passed on their info to friends.
