She was thorough and thoughtful. My mom kept saying 'what a beautiful office'. I am never hopeful with new glasses because my lenses are so thick but my new glasses are beautiful and I am so happy. Because of the special attention, simplicity, kindness and very thorough and knowledgeable doc, I am sorry I waited so long to find someone who was just around the corner to get new glasses. The doc discovered my mom had cataracts and had to refer her to an eye doctor and didn't charge her for the exam. Dr. Cid is an optometrist, not an ophthalmologist.
