Clarissa and her team did a great job ! She was patient with us I had no idea what stains I wanted with our white oak and red oak our floors needed updating. Her expertise helped us decide and the results were perfect. I love our floors ! I cant recommend her enough she is the best !
We recently had a refrigerator leak on our beautiful hardwood kitchen floor leaving them warped. I contacted Clarissa, (Biasuz floors had done amazing work for us in the past). She responded immediately and came out to assess the damage, assuring us that the floor could possibly dry and eventually even out. She was right ! The kind of professionalism and knowledge demonstrated by Clarissa was stellar. I highly recommend Biasuz hardwood floors to anyone seeking honest, caring and exceptional service. They are simply the best.
Biasuz is just fabulous and I admit I am hard to please. This is the second time I’ve had them in my house to work. First was refinishing wood floors and the second was installing new wood. The work is top notch and the customer service is really great! I have another project in mind and will certainly be calling them when it’s time to move forward on it. Don’t hesitate to contact me and I’ll give you more details.
