“After having a horrendous experience at Emily EyeCare in Enfield, I went to Enfield Optical. It was AWESESOME from the gate. Total red carpet, white glove service. I was greeted by Dezia who was polite, professional and super helpful. She introduced me to Cheryl who took care of everything in a seamless manner. Got my fantastic frames ordered. Dezia followed up with me in a couple of days to inform me of my frames arrival. Went back and was helped by not one but 2 super knowledgeable, kind and helpful professionals Sharraine and Agnes. The entire process was smooth, pleasant and flawless UNLIKE the clerks at Emilys that made me feel like I was a burden and acted like cyborgs!! Thanks again Enfield Optical. “I went to get a new prescription and get a routine check up for my eyes because as an adult my vision has gotten worse and the last pair of glasses did not help whatsoever. Everyone in the office was so friendly and Dr.Levasseur was incredibly kind and thorough with the exam and he was really nice to talk to and have a conversation with during the exam most doctors are kind of stand offish to me because I’m covered in tattoos but he treated me like a person and listened to my concerns about my sight, my glasses came in less than a week after my appointment and I’m absolutely astounded at how well he got the perfect prescription for me, like I said the last pair I had from another doctor wasn’t correct so being able to actually see clearly for the first time in years has been amazing even though it’s been a day. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new optometrist!! Thank you guys again!!“

I had never worn glasses before and was honestly a little scared, but she explained everything so clearly and made me actually excited to wear glasses. Her calm and caring attitude truly stands out.
The staff there are also amazing so respectful, calm, and welcoming. I felt taken care of the entire time. I was so impressed that I told both my dad and mum to go there too!
