Very pleasant reception; Initial preparation and testing; doctor’s examination; explanations; and completion of the visit. This was my first visit here at TotalVision and the process was well orchestrated. The new technologies used to measure refraction and alignments most certainly earned my trust and confidence.

A safe, pleasant choice for anyone including LGBT+ people. I was recommended this office specifically as a safe office for LGBT people, and I can confirm that as, I would say, a visibly gender non-conforming person, I was treated with dignity and respect. Everyone was very nice AND when they saw I was wearing a mask they offered to also wear masks (and then they did! Without any kind of begrudgingness!). Totally reccomended for anyone!! LGBT or not haha. Their office was nice and clean and modern, and every single person I interacted with was kind and helpful. The staff at total vision are always professional and very informative of every procedure. The opthalmologist is Number One! He followers all infection control procedure by good hand washing before and during all interaction, also very knowledgeable about the etiology of the disease.
