We recently had Suburban out to install a new KitchenAid gas range, a project that we originally assumed would be a straightforward, easy setup. As it turned out, the installation required extensive troubleshooting right upon hookup.
Thanks to the incredible expertise and persistence of Patrick and Jeff, they were able to identify that the manufacturer hadn’t fully prepared the unit for operation.
