Suburban Propane

I recently had to have my propane tank simply moved out from my foundation and back due to crumbling foundation replacement. Suburban propane price to do this was absolutely ridiculous, especially for a loyal customer of 20+ years. My construction contractor said it was definitely price gouging. ?Also just got propane delivery and price was very high compared to past deliveries.

Life happened, and in the process of switching providers, we dropped the ball with our application. As a result we ended up being very low on propane the day before Thanksgiving. I contacted Suburban and they quickly processed our application and made a delivery so we could cook and enjoy the holiday. Great staff, great service. Very thankful!

I was having difficulty connecting with Suburban to get a stove installed and then I got ahold of Stephanie, a customer service representative. She cut through the red tape and got us scheduled for the work we needed done. She kept in touch with me through each step of the process. She went the extra step to give us great service. Suburban is fortunate to have an employee like her!
