“Upon my initial call to Roto-Rooter, the dispatch attendant was very helpful, pleasant, and thorough. Josh, the service technician, came out promptly and within the window specified by Roto-Rooter dispatch. He was personable, professional, informative, and listened to all my concerns and solved my problem very quickly. Our entire main sewer line in the house was clogged. After showing Josh the 2 mainline sewer clean-outs, he further assessed the situation, and then proceeded to the exact spot that needed to be utilized to remedy the situation. “I had a gas furnace installed seven years ago by Cordone and Tonucci and it worked perfectly (without needing servicing) until yesterday afternoon (a Saturday) when it failed. I called C and T and received a call back within 15 minutes. Within an hour, Rich came and solved the problem, replacing a thermocouple (apparently they do wear out), and I have heat again. The emergency service was prompt, successful and performed by a charming young man. I can recommend C and T 100% because service like theirs is exceptional.“
