“If I had to put a title to this review, it would be “Above & Beyond.” That’s what Ernie did. He went above and beyond. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Hands down, I highly recommend Cartier. Everyone there is great and is a family run business, which is refreshing these days. Ernie spent countless hours and many days working with me to try to get my glasses right. Through no fault of Cartier, my glasses came back and I had trouble seeing through them. They were sent back and remade. It was clearly a prescription issue. After a recheck with my Dr, the RX ended up being the same, which didn’t work for me. Ernie worked with me for over an hour with a trial frame putting different lenses in to see what worked best. After narrowing it down, he put new lenses in my glasses for me to try for a while to make sure I was comfortable with them before sending out to be remade. Short story longer, in the meantime, I decided to go to a new Dr and received a new RX that was completely different from my first Dr.. It was almost exact what Ernie tried out for me!!! After working with me for literally 5 months on this 1 pair, I got the new ones back today and they’re perfect! ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! Thank you Ernie and Cartier!“
