Cartier Optical Inc. is a friendly family-run business with a wide range of glasses frames and sunglasses in two big rooms. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and welcoming, offering a great experience for customers. They are seasoned experts with impeccable customer service, easy to work with and fun to share laughs with. They have competitive prices and a fabulous selection of glasses to choose from, with education about available lens options. The doctors are wonderful, knowledgeable, and thorough. The business has a super welcoming environment that makes you feel like part of the family, and their outstanding after sale customer service is second to none.
If I had to put a title to this review, it would be “Above & Beyond.” That’s what Ernie did. He went above and beyond. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Hands down, I highly recommend Cartier. Everyone there is great and is a family run business, which is refreshing these days. Ernie spent countless hours and many days working with me to try to get my glasses right. Through no fault of Cartier, my glasses came back and I had trouble seeing through them. Every time we go into Creative Optical, it’s a great experience. Whether we’re picking out frames, getting lenses, or having an eye exam, everything is handled professionally and efficiently.
What stands out most is the consistency. You get the same level of care and attention every time, which is not always easy to find. The team is knowledgeable, easy to work with, and makes the process simple.
Dr. MacDonald is the absolute most knowledgeable and thorough eye doctor! More like 10 stars!!
