“I got an Incredible massage! My shoulders have hurt for 9 months, mri, x-ray and numerous appointments with specialists costing hundreds of dollars achieved zero relief . 45 minutes of (HARD) deep tissue massage with the masseuse here and I felt so much better! The room needs some new ceiling tiles, but other than that it was clean and quiet. The prices are great (check groupon) and I called at noon to get an appointment at 5pm. I did have to wait for 10 minutes, but for the relief I got I would have waited an hour and been ecstatic! The Arnold once said, I'll Be Back!“

“Everyone was very nice and the setting was beautiful. I gave it two stars because I specifically wanted the hard, deep massage on my upper back and shoulders and did not get that. I was told they upgraded me for free to a deep tissue massage, I explained that I didn’t care if the rest of my body got touched, but I needed someone to really work my upper back and shoulders as deeply as they could (I have rheumatoid arthritis and was in pain from that and have had deep tissue massages prior).
About 10 minutes in, the therapist asked about the pressure and I asked her if she could please go harder. Either the massage therapist did not have the strength, or this was her best, but at the end, I felt like I left there the same way I walked in. Very disappointed. I spent 89,95 for the introductory massage, and I tipped $29 based on the original price. I know they wanted to upsell me for a package, but I will find another spa.

**I am editing this and upgrading my stars to 4 because of the amazing customer service I received both by the original staff, as well as the management who contacted me. I am so sorry that I cannot remember the manager’s name, but she did speak with me and empathized with my issue, as well as offered to have me come back in and try it again with another massage therapist. She also refunded my money for the service and discussed other services that might help me in the future. Thank you so much for that customer service and I will try to make it back there again to try another massage.“
