“Have been coming to Dr Pinsky for about 30 years! They've helped me get through several car accidents, a fall down stairs with a broken leg, a herniated disc, and a worker's comp fall. I had an MRI done a few years after the herniated disc with a different doctor for something else and he was shocked at the difference between the current MRI and the one right after the disc herniation...said the first one showed it was bad enough for surgery but my chiropractic treatments made an obvious difference in the new images! Dr Pinsky even adjusts my jaw to treat my TMJ disorder and has done my thumb and wrist as well. Dr B is also great, she's very thorough, very knowledgeable, with an interest in holistic healing for your whole body health. The staff are all friendly and I never have a problem getting an appointment in a timely fashion. I've recommended several people over the years to this office and they've all had good results.“

When I chose the theme for this year’s Anoushka's Helping Hand Foundation Warrior Mom Brunch, “Unapologetically Whole: Stop Surrendering Your Joy,” I knew I wanted more than a basic vision board activity. I was looking for someone who could bring mindfulness, groundedness, and spiritual intentionality into the room. I did not want women simply cutting and pasting pictures onto boards without deeper reflection or connection.

What immediately stood out about Sabita was that she called me instead of texting. In a time where people hide behind screens, shortcuts, and surface level communication, she chose human connection first. That mattered to me. In that very first conversation, she truly listened. She heard my heart, my vision, and the purpose behind gathering mothers and caregivers of exceptional children together in a space where they could breathe, feel seen, and release worry for just a few hours.

By the time we met in person, it felt less like meeting a vendor and more like reconnecting with a sister friend from another lifetime. There was an ease, warmth, and authenticity about her that instantly confirmed she was meant to be part of this event.

And what she delivered was beautiful.

She carefully curated the music, imagery, and atmosphere in a way that allowed every woman in the room to connect with something personal and meaningful. The experience became far more than vision boarding. It became a moment of reflection, permission, healing, and joy. Women were reminded that they are allowed to choose themselves too.

What made the experience so impactful is that Sabita is grounded within herself. Her passion is genuine. Her energy is calming. She has the rare ability to center a room because she herself operates from a centered place.

I truly believe every woman walked away from that brunch feeling valued, seen, lighter, and more connected to herself.
