“I don’t even know where to begin—this overnight salt cave sound bath was one of the most incredible experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I stepped inside, the atmosphere was pure calm. The soft glow of the salt walls, the stillness of the space, and the gentle energy in the air made it feel like stepping into another world.

As the sound bath began, the vibrations from the instruments seemed to move through every part of me—deep, grounding, and strangely emotional in the best way. Time just melted away. Lying there surrounded by salt, completely unplugged from everything outside, I felt a level of relaxation I didn’t even know I needed. Carol and Ginny are amazing and made the experience even better!

Sleeping in that space overnight was something else entirely. I woke up feeling clearer, lighter, and more rested than I have in a long time—like my mind and body had been completely reset.

“Mia at Better Healthy Massage was AMAZING! I called for a very last minute appointment and she took me in right away and gave me the most wonderful 60 minute massage. It was a beautiful room, perfectly clean, nice background music, and plenty of parking in the back. She clipped my hair up for me so it would stay out of the way and even gave me a nice cold water bottle on my way out. I will definitely be coming back regularly!!

“The spa is beautiful and calming. The way a spa should be. A friend got the facial and it was sensational. I had just come off a 5 hr drive so the massage therapist had her work cut out for her and did wonderful.
I do have a couple of suggestions though. I would like to see a stool or chair to put your clothes on in the massage room. Not just on the floor. Also, would had much preferred to have lotion warmed before applying. Cold lotion causes a bit of a shock.
Otherwise a great experience.“
