I called Mr Rooter the prior evening to schedule for midday service for a kitchen sink drain clog. The technician, Josh, arrived and promised he was there until he was confident the drain was completely cleared. Josh is professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Everything we expect when hire service companies. Outstanding service, meticulous and very focused on clean-up (left his work space organized, as he found it). Based on the experience with Josh, I highly recommend Mr. Rooter!
