“I came in for an adjustment and pickup of some new glasses. Jason greeted me as soon as I walked in. I’ve been purchasing glasses my entire 60 years and know one has ever told me that I’ve been purchasing glasses with too long of temples and that’s why I always have problems with the glasses slipping down my nose.

Jason was amazing!! He was able to shorten the temples/arms right while I sat there and thy are perfect!!

“My son and I had an exceptional experience at this location. The receptionist made the check-in process smooth, and I was quickly taken to the examination room, my son had his apponinment after mine.
Dr. Filchak was incredibly thorough and patient, I never felt rushed, and he explained everything I ask about my eye health. It's clear that Dr. is passionate about what he does and genuinely cares about his patients.
Nancy, the optician, was just as impressive, friendly, kind, professional, and always ready to answer any questions, whether it was helping me and my son, choose frames or explaining my prescription, she was knowledgeable and attentive.
I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care. The whole team truly goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and well taken care of!

“What a great place. I was having a coughing attack and the awesome lady behind the desk wanted to give me a water, but I decline. I went outside to finish my coughing attack and she gave me cough drops to help me. That is a very helpful and caring person.“

“Over the course of years I have gotten my eyewear from The Vision Shoppe. They are a great and affordable store to buy prescription eyewear from. The staff that work there are also very nice and helpful. I have gone there a few times to have my frames tightened or adjusted and they always did a good job. The last time I needed that done with my most recent glasses, I walked in and said hey my glasses seem a little loose and one side seems to be a little lower than the other. The guy took a good look at the glasses on my face and then took the frames and said that he would heat them so he could adjust them for me. He was back in just minutes and said "try them now" and I did. The glasses fit perfectly and were perfectly straight on my face like I wanted. Just recently, I had broken off one of the nose pads somehow, and simply walked into the store later that day and said that one of my nose pads fell off. They took the glasses and came back less than five minutes later and told me that they had replaced both pads for me. Best part of all is they did it free of charge. I love this store and deffinitely recommend it for eyewear. Thank you for reading this review.“
