Hands down, working with Bridget at MyEyeDr in Danbury was the very best experience I’ve ever had. Bridget was so sweet, kind, patient and helpful with my son, who is 7, while we tried on glasses. She made recommendations and made my son, who is a very wiggly kid, feel comfortable and happy throughout the entire process. I’ve been wearing glasses my entire life, and have never worked with anyone as kind, helpful, knowledgeable and caring as Bridget. I brought my daughter in for glasses previously and had such a fantastic experience that I didn’t even hesitate to go back and see her at this location when it was time for my son. Thank you so much!!!
What a great place. I was having a coughing attack and the awesome lady behind the desk wanted to give me a water, but I decline. I went outside to finish my coughing attack and she gave me cough drops to help me. That is a very helpful and caring person.
I took my mother to this location for her first ever glasses. The entire team was amazing so helpful and kind and made her at ease with the tests and ordering glasses (picking colors and styles that were best for her). They really took time and care working with us. The doctor went out of her way to discuss with my mother issues she was having and solutions for them. I cannot say enough about what a positive experience this was and definitely the place my entire family will go for eye care.
