My stylist was Ingrid at Rubi’s Salon. She was very nice and allowed me to bring my own products for shampoo and conditioner. She made sure to use a heat protectant on my hair before blow drying and straightening which I appreciated a lot because I have naturally curly hair. Would recommend this salon for anyone looking for a hair stylist who can accommodate!

Just had my quartz countertop installed by Express Kitchens and it is beautiful! Susan in the New London office gave me a quote on the spot and was very knowledgeable. Kudos to Leo with measurements and delivery, Frank in customer service and Butch in the stone shop. 4 stars instead of 5 due to some glitches but worked out in the end.
We had a wax with Lenore and it was GREAT!! It was his first time getting a full body wax and she made us feel super welcome and comfortable. She talked and joked the whole time making it super easy to relax. She is also one of the few people around here that do the Brazilian for men and it went wonderfully! Would definitely recommend for any first timers or even people that have been getting waxed for a while!!!!

I have had an amazing experience here, I always get my hair and beard cut here and they do really great fades, in fact they mostly specialize in fades. They are great with creating a professional haircut and using a straight razor to keep you looking fresh. Please be aware that this place isn’t usually available to do last minute appointments. The best you’ll get is 1-2 days before, but walk in appointments are almost impossible.
Sal gives me the best hair cuts and color. I’m always getting compliments on it!

I am very new to the Waterhouse Salon, in fact, last week it was only my second visit to get my hair cut and colored. The experience was absolutely wonderful from the greeting that everyone receives to the cleanliness of the salon. The quality of work and the happiness that I witnessed is astounding - really a step back into another time. Prices are reasonable and everyone puts out extra effort. Very impressive place.

We absolutely love Mercedes. She does the most beautiful work. After not having lashes for some time, she took the time to go over everything from shape, length, curl and everything in between to create the best look for my eyes. Cory is the best, to say the least. She does excellent nail work. My nails have never looked better and stronger. She is meticulous when doing my nails. I highly recommend you try a Russian manicure. You will never go back to regular ? manicures!

Had a yellow jacket nest in the siding of my house that I was unable to deal with myself. Called Petrin and they were able to come out the same day to treat the nest. Said to call back the next day if there were any stragglers still coming out of the nest. There were still some the next day, so called and they came back out the next day for a 2nd application. No issues after that. Highly recommend.
