Aerisha BarganierI just recently saw your review and I was shocked!! you know as well as I do that your hair had not been trimmed, colored or cared for in over a year because of covid shutdowns. I could hardly get the comb through your snarly split ends even after dowsing it in moisturizing and reconstructing conditioners. I tried to save as much as I could because I know how emotionally attached to it you are, after all I've been doing your hair since 1995. I thought was like family since now you are well into your thirties. You should have talked to me but instead your trying to ruin my business that I've put my heart into. Shameful and Sad.
